Larisa Hotels & Resorts Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'Ghorawat Brothers Private Limited' on March 10, 1986, with the Registrar of Companies, Calcutta. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'Larisa Enterprises Private Limited' dated May 09, 2018 obtained from the RoC. Further, it was converted into a Public Limited company and the name of the Company changed to 'Larisa Enterprises Limited' dated October 08, 2024 and thereafter, to 'Larisa Hotels & Resorts Limited' on January 07, 2025 issued by the Central Processing Centre.
