Subsequently, Company name was changed to Laxmi India Finance Private Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 10, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan at Jaipur. Thereafter, the status of the Company got converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Laxmi India Finance Limited' dated October 08, 2024 at Jaipur.
