About Laxyo Ltd IPO
Laxyo Limited was originally incorporated as 'Laxyo Energy Private Limited' as a Private limited company dated April 16, 2007, with the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh at Gwalior. Thereafter, the name was changed to 'Laxyo Energy Limited' through a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 18, 2013 obtained from the RoC. Further, the name has changed to 'Laxyo Limited' and the Company received a fresh Certificate of incorporation from the Central Processing Centre on September 15, 2025.
