Laxmi Construction Co. to LCC Projects Private Limited, a private limited company dated December 28, 2017, with Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, Company was converted from a Private Company to a Public Company, followed by change in name of the Company to 'LCC Projects Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by RoC, on December 5, 2024.
