Thereafter, Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed from 'Locksworth Infrastructure Private Limited' to 'Locksworth Infrastructure Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 25, 2023 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
