About Lorven International Ltd IPO
Lorven International Ltd was originally formed as a Partnership Firm in the name and style of 'M/s. Lorven International' pursuant to the Deed of Partnership dated January 17, 1996. Subsequently, the Company was converted into the Private Limited Company under the name 'Lorven International Private Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai dated November 28, 2006. Thereafter, Company converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of Company was changed from 'Lorven International Private Limited' to 'Lorven International Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Conversion dated August 02, 2023, issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra.
