Subsequently, Company was converted from a Private Limited to Public Limited and consequently, the name of Company was changed to M P K Steels (I) Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on December 16, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
