Subsequently, Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, the name of the Company was changed to 'Madhur Iron & Steel (India) Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 26, 2024, was issued by the Central Processing Centre. The Company engages in the manufacture of hot-rolled structural steel products.
