Manika Plastech Limited was incorporated as a private Company under the name and style of Manika Moulds Private Limited' dated April 25, 1996 issued by the Additional Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Further, the Company name was changed to Manika Plastech Private Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 25, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad. Subsequently, status was converted into a public Company, consequent to which its name was changed to Manika Plastech Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 18, 2024, was issued by the Central Processing Centre.
