About Mann Fleet Partners Ltd IPO
Mann Fleet Partners Limited was originally incorporated as 'Mann Tourist Transport Service Private Limited', on August 07, 1992, with Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana. Subsequently, Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Mann Tourist Transport Service Limited' on December 17, 2024 and thereafter, to 'Mann Fleet Partners Limited' w.e.f. January 30, 2025 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Central Processing Centre.
