Mehta Hitech Industries Limited was initially incorporated as 'Mehta Cad Cam Systems Private Limited' as a Private Limited Company dated June 6, 2000 at Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Subsequently, Company was converted to a Public Limited Company, and the name of the Company was changed to 'Mehta Cad Cam Systems Limited' on August 24, 2023 and thereafter was changed to 'Mehta Hitech Industries Limited' and a Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by RoC on December 21, 2023.
