Metalman Auto Limited was incorporated as 'Metalman Auto Private Limited', a Private Limited Company, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh on May 16, 1986. Upon the conversion of Company into a Public Limited, the Company name was changed to 'Metalman Auto Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 3, 2024 was issued by the RoC.
