Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'Mitrata Inclusive Financial Services Private Limited and the Registrar of Companies, Delhi issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 20, 2018, upon change of Company name. The status was then converted from a Private to Public Company and the name of the Company got changed to 'Mitrata Inclusive Financial Services Limited' through a fresh Certificate of Incorporation, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi on July 08, 2024.
