Mouri Tech Limited was incorporated on December 19, 2005, as MOURI Soft Solutions Private Limited', a private limited company, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad. The Board further approved the change in the Company name from Mouri URI Soft Solutions Private Limited' to Mouri Tech Private Limited' dated January 31, 2012 vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad. The status got converted into a Public Limited and the Company name was changed from Mouri Tech Private Limited' to Mouri Tech Limited' dated July 4, 2024 issued by the Central Processing Centre, Manesar.
