About MRC Infracon Ltd IPO
MRC Infracon Limited was initially incorporated on October 09, 2021 as Mukesh Ranjan Contractors Private Limited, a Private Company with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, Company took over business of M/s. Mukesh Ranjan Contractors, a Proprietorship firm of the Promoter, Mr. Mukesh Ranjan as a going concern on November 30, 2022 via Agreement. Further, the status of the Company was converted into a public Company as Mukesh Ranjan Contractors Limited' on May 21, 2025 and further to MRC Infracon Limited' w.e.f. July 31, 2025 on behalf of the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies.
