MTE Structures Limited was incorporated on October 06, 2020 as 'MTE Structures Private Limited, a private limited company with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, Company was converted into a public limited company and the name was changed to 'MTE Structures Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 06, 2024 was issued by the Central Processing Centre. The Company main business is to manufacture, supply and installation of Solar Module Mounting Structures used in industry and commercial establishments. The present installed production capacity is 30,000 metric tons.
