MyPulse.IO Limited was incorporated on May 11, 2016 as Quantility Business Solution Private Limited', dated May 11, 2016 issued by the Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, the Company changed its name to MyPulse.IO Private Limited' dated December 15, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, at Mumbai. Further, Company has converted into a Public Limited Company and the name is changed to MyPulse.IO Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 3, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.

Objects of the Issue
