N R Gold Limited was originally incorporated as Private Company under the name of 'Prunus Mercantile Private Limited' on May 09, 2008 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Company name was further changed from 'Prunus Mercantile Private Limited' to 'N R Gold Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, on December 04, 2009. Subsequently, Company converted into a Public Limited and the name was changed from to 'N R Gold Limited' vide a fresh Certificate dated August 25, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
