NAPS Global India Limited was initially incorporated as NAPS Trading Private Limited on March 28, 2014 with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. The Company name was changed to 'NAPS Global India Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on January 02, 2024. Thereafter, the status of the Company was changed to Public Limited Company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation on June 20, 2024 by the Central Processing Centre, Haryana. The Company issued 13,20,000 equity shares through fresh issue of Rs 10 each and raised the IPO of 11.88 crores in February 2025.
