Natrinai Ventures Limited was originally incorporated on July 22, 2015 in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, as a private Company as 'Natrinai Foods Private Limited' issued by the Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore. Subsequently, the name of Company was changed from 'Natrinai Foods Private Limited' to 'Natrinai Ventures Private Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 10, 2021. Further, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed to 'Natrinai Ventures Limited' dated September 23, 2024 issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
