Neelkanth Realtors Limited was originally incorporated as Abhinav Real Estates Private Limited', a Private Limited Company at Mumbai, Maharashtra, dated July 8, 1994, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. Thereafter, the name changed from Abhinav Real Estates Private Limited' to Neelkanth Relators Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 22, 2004 was issued by Registrar of Companies, at Mumbai. Thereafter, the name of the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Neelkanth Realtors Limited'. A fresh Certificate of Change of Name, was issued by RoC on July 22, 2024.
