About Neev Credit Ltd IPO
Neev Credit Limited was originally incorporated and registered as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of 'Shyamji Properties Private Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 23, 1996 issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The Company name was changed to Neev Credit Private Limited' dated May 16, 2017. Further, pursuant to a resolution on June 07, 2024, the status of the Company converted to a Public Limited and the name was changed to 'Neev Credit Limited', vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Kolkata on July 31, 2024.
