Nobel Hygiene Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited company under the Companies Act 1956, with the name 'Nobel Hygiene Private Limited', granted by the Registrar of Companies, Goa, Daman & Diu dated November 13, 2001. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed to 'Nobel Hygiene Limited' on account of conversion to a Public Limited Company, and the RoC issued a fresh Certificate of incorporation dated June 17, 2026.
