Objects of the Issue

About Novavente Ltd IPO
Novavente Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited Company under the name of 'Natunatech Private Limited', pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The name of Company was subsequently changed to 'Novavente Private Limited' on November 12, 2021 and received a Certificate of Incorporation dated January 21, 2022 from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Thereafter, Company was converted from private limited to public limited, and the name of Company was changed from 'Novavente Private Limited' to 'Novavente Limited' vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 26, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
