Further, the name of the Company was changed to 'Novus Loyalty Private Limited' on September 06, 2024. Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to Public limited and the name of Company was changed to 'Novus Loyalty Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued on August 08, 2025 issued by Central Processing Centre.
