Orient Cables (India) Limited was originally incorporated as 'Orinet Cables (India) Private Limited' as a private limited company, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 15, 2005, by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi. Subsequently, the name was changed to 'Orient Cables (India) Private Limited' dated April 24, 2007. Thereafter, it was changed to 'Orient Cables (India) Limited' upon conversion to a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 13, 2024 was issued by the RoC.
