About Pace Digitek Ltd IPO
Pace Digitek Limited was originally incorporated as Pace Power Systems Private Limited', at Bengaluru as a private limited company on March 1, 2007. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed to Pace Digitek Infra Private Limited', dated July 24, 2020 and again changed to Pace Digitek Private Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 29, 2024, was issued to Company by the RoC. Subsequently, Company got converted into a public limited and the name was changed to Pace Digitek Limited', w.e.f. November 19, 2024 issued by the RoC.
