About Paptech Corp Ltd IPO
Paptech Corporation Limited was originally constituted as a partnership firm under the name and style of 'M/s. Pap Tech Sales Corporation' pursuant to a deed of partnership dated October 5, 2020. Thereafter, the partnership firm was converted into a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, as 'Paptech Corp Private Limited,' on March 14, 2024 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Further, the status of our Company was changed to a public limited company on July 3, 2026, by the Central Registration Centre, Haryana.
