About Parijat Industries (India) Ltd IPO
Parijat Industries (India) Limited was originally incorporated under the name, 'Triumph Pesticides (Bombay) Private Limited', as a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh at Jalandhar, India on May 17, 1995. The name of our Company was subsequently changed to 'Parijat Industries (India) Private Limited', pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board on June 14, 2006 and by our Shareholders on June 22, 2006, further to which fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh at Jalandhar, India on July 12, 2006. Subsequently, upon conversion of our Company into a public limited company, the name of our Company was changed to 'Parijat Industries (India) Limited' pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board on June 23, 2025, and by our Shareholders on June 24, 2025, further to which a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre at Manesar, Haryana on July, 8 2025.
