About Parswam Fashion Ltd IPO
Parswam Fashion Limited was originally formed as a partnership firm under the name M/s Siddhi Vinayak Creation pursuant to a deed of partnership dated January 1, 2018 under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932. Thereafter, the Firm was converted from partnership firm into a private Limited Company in the name of Parswam Fashion Private Limited' under the Companies Act, 2013, dated June 5, 2024, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Further, Company was converted into a Public Limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 29, 2024 was issued by the Central Processing Centre.

Its current footprint is concentrated in Madhya Pradesh, with three stores across Ratlam and Indore.
