Pmea Solar Tech Solutions Limited was incorporated as P.M. Electro-Auto Private Limited' in Mumbai, Maharashtra as a Private Limited Company, dated April 21, 2006, issued by the RoC. Subsequently, the Company changed the name from P.M. Electro-Auto Private Limited' to PMEA Solar Tech Solutions Private Limited', and a Certificate of Incorporation dated November 1, 2023, was issued by the RoC to the Company. Thereafter, the status was converted from a Private Limited to a Public Limited, and Company name was changed to PMEA Solar Tech Solutions Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 26, 2024, was issued to the Company by the RoC.
