About Premier Industrial Corporation Ltd IPO
Premier Industrial Corporation Limited originally began its operations as a partnership firm under the name of 'M/s Premier Industrial Corporation' pursuant to a partnership deed dated June 20, 1979. The partnership deed was registered on December 6, 1980 under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 with the Registrar of Firms, Bombay. Subsequently, the firm was converted into a Public Company under the name of 'Premier Industrial Corporation Limited', pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated August 08, 2007 and thereafter, Company received the Certificate for Commencement of Business on August 16, 2007, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
