Pride Hotels Limited was originally incorporated as 'Pride Hotels Private Limited' at Mumbai, Maharashtra as a private limited Company on February 1, 1983, with the Registrar of Companies. The name of Company was then changed from 'Pride Hotels Private Limited' to 'Pride Hotels Limited' on June 13, 2007 vide a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the ROC.
