Company has changed its name from 'Satabadi Distributor Private Limited' to 'R.K. Fashion Accessories Private Limited' pursuant to Special Resolution and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 9,2011 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. Later, Company was converted into a Public Limited company and the name was changed to 'R.K. Fashion Accessories Limited' vide fresh Certificate dated March 16, 2026 obtained from the Central Processing Centre.
