The name of the Company was changed to Jainam Overseas Private Limited on January 20, 2012. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Rajnandini Fashion India Private Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, on July 18, 2024. Thereafter, the Company was converted from a private company to a public company and its name was changed to Rajnandini Fashion India Limited w.e.f. January 01, 2025.
