Ravi Infrabuild Projects Limited was incorporated as 'Ravi Infrabuild Projects Private Limited', as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated February 26, 2009, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan at Jaipur, upon the acquisition of the business of Ravi Construction Company, a proprietorship constituted in 1994. Upon the conversion of our Company from a private limited company to a public limited company, name changed to 'Ravi Infrabuild Projects Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 21, 2023 was granted by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur.
