About Ravita Engineering Services Ltd IPO
Ravita Engineering Services Limited was originally incorporated as Sayo Construction Private Limited', a private limited company, dated December 28, 2007, with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. The name of the Company was changed to Powermech Services Private Limited' on May 5, 2010. Further, it was changed to Ravita Engineering Services Private Limited' on September 29, 2025. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public limited company and the name has been changed to Ravita Engineering Services Limited' dated December 16, 2025 and a fresh Certificate of incorporation is obtained from the Central Processing Centre. The Company is engaged in providing electro mechanical engineering projects and services namely EPIC services and O&M services across onshore and offshore industries.
