About Rays Power Infra Ltd IPO
Rays Power Infra Ltd was incorporated as Rays Power Infra Private Limited' in Jaipur, Rajasthan as a private limited company under Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated June 13, 2011.Thereafter, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 29, 2023 and a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of the Shareholders held on August 29, 2023 and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to its present name, Rays Power Infra Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 21, 2023 was issued by the RoC to the Company.
