Thereafter on July 31, 2012, Company took over the running business of Partnership Firm, 'M/s Readymix Construction Machinery' and subsequently converted the status of the Company into a Public Limited Company on June 21, 2024 resulting the change in name from Readymix Construction Machinery Private Limited' to Readymix Construction Machinery Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on August 02, 2024.
