Ricans Solar Energy Limited was originally incorporated as 'Ricans Green Private Limited' dated November 02, 2016, with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Name of the Company was changed from 'Ricans Green Private Limited' to 'Ricans Greens Private Limited', on December 16, 2016, by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Thereafter, the name was again changed from 'Ricans Greens Private Limited' to 'Ricans Solar Energy Private Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on June 26, 2024. Subsequently, it was converted into a Public limited company, and the name of the Company was changed to 'Ricans Solar Energy Limited' dated August 30, 2024 by the Central Processing Centre.
