Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'R S Brothers Retail India Limited', and the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre issued a fresh certificate of incorporation on October 22, 2024. Further, the name of Company was changed to 'RSB Retail India Limited' and the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre issued a fresh certificate of incorporation on February 7, 2025.
