About S.K. Offset Ltd IPO
S.K. Offset Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'S. K. Offset Private Limited' under the Companies Act, 1956 dated February 02, 2007, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed from private limited to Public Limited, and the name was changed to 'S. K. Offset Limited' vide special resolution passed by the Shareholders. Fresh certificate of Incorporation dated August 18, 2025 has been issued by the Central Processing Centre.
