About Sahajanand Medical Technologies Ltd IPO
Sahajanand Medical Technologies Limited was initially formed as a Partnership Firm named M/s Sahajanand Vacular Technoventions' pursuant to a Partnership Deed dated on October 25, 1999. Subsequently, the Partnership Firm was reconstituted and name of the Firm was changed to M/s Sahajanand Medical Technologies' dated September 30, 2001. The Partnership Firm converted into a Joint Stock Company and got registered as a Private Limited Company with the name Sahajanand Medical Technologies Private Limited' on October 18, 2001. Consequently, the Company converted into a Public Company on April 27, 2021 and the name was changed to Sahajanand Medical Technologies Limited', vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on May 7, 2021 issued by the RoC, Gujarat.
