Subsequently, the status of the Company converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Sanjeevani Agrofoods Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 29, 2024 issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
