Selzer Polymers Limited was originally formed as a Partnership Firm under the Partnership Act, 1932 in the name and style of 'Selzer Polymers' pursuant to Deed of Partnership dated November 28, 2011. Subsequently, the firm was converted into a Private limited company with the name and style of 'Selzer Polymers Private Limited' dated July 08, 2024. Later, it became a Public Limited Company and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 11, 2026 issued by the Central Processing Centre.
