About Sembcorp Green Infra Ltd IPO
Sembcorp Green Infra Limited was initially incorporated as a Private Limited Company named 'BP Energy India Private Limited' under the Companies Act, 1956 dated June 6, 2005 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Considering the change in entire shareholding of the Company, the name of the Company was changed to 'Green Infra Wind Energy Private Limited' dated September 24, 2009. Thereafter, it converted into a Public Limited Company to Green Infra Wind Energy Limited dated June 18, 2010. Through the Reverse Merger, the Company once again got converted into a Private Limited Company dated April 2, 2024, changing the name to 'Sembcorp Green Infra Private Limited' dated May 31, 2024. Subsequently, the Company became a Public Limited Company dated February 20, 2026 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Central Processing Centre.
