About Shah Investors Home Ltd IPO
Shah Investor's Home Limited was incorporated as 'Shah Investors Home Private Limited', a Private Limited Company on October 12, 1994, with the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Subsequently, it converted the status into a public Company, and the name of Company was changed to 'Shah Investors Home Limited' on March 09, 1995. Thereafter, the name of Company was changed to 'Shah Investor's Home Limited' and a fresh Certificate of incorporation on October 13, 2000, was issued by the RoC.
