Objects of the Issue

About Shiprocket Ltd IPO
Shiprocket Limited was incorporated as Bigfoot Retail Solutions Private Limited' at New Delhi, as a private limited company, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 28, 2011, issued by the Registrar of Companies, at New Delhi. The name of Company was changed to Shiprocket Private Limited' dated July 19, 2024. Subsequently, Company was converted to a public limited company and the name was changed to Shiprocket Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 18, 2025 was issued by the RoC.
