Shivalik Engineering Industries Limited was incorporated in Chhattisgarh, India, as Vardaan Engineering Industries Private Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation dated March 9, 2011. Accordingly, the Company name changed to Shivalik Engineering Industries Private Limited dated November 25, 2011 issued to Company by the RoC. Thereafter, Company converted into Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Shivalik Engineering Industries Limited, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 28, 2017 was issued by the RoC.
