Objects of the Issue

- Purchase of machineries for installation at existing manufacturing unit located at Khasre no.06/1067 Manpura Road, Jetawali, near Delhi bypass, Tehsil-Chomu, Jaipur, Rajasthan
- Purchase of 200 KW Solar Rooftop Grid-connected PV System
- Part repayment of existing cash credit facility availed by the company from scheduled commercial banks
- Funding the incremental working capieal requirements of the company
